This page is maintained by Don Andre to explain how personal information is handled on this site, in line with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda.

- Newsletter — your email address when you sign up for tour updates.
- Ticket purchases — handled by our ticketing partner; we only receive aggregate info.
- Site analytics — basic, anonymised traffic data (pages viewed, device, country).
How We Use It
- To respond to booking and contact enquiries.
- To send newsletters you have opted in to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the website and understand which content performs best.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted service providers (e.g. our email, hosting and ticketing partners) so they can deliver the service to you, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails and newsletter records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@donandrecomedy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
