This website is operated by Don Andre ("we", "us", "our") from Kampala, Uganda. By using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Tickets are sold through our authorised partner Kaye Tickets and other named vendors. Their terms also apply.
• All attendees must hold a valid ticket. Entry may be refused for invalid, duplicated or resold tickets.
• Age restrictions may apply at certain venues (typically 18+). Photo ID may be required.
• Show times, line-ups and venues may change. We will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders.
• Recording, filming or photographing performances is not permitted unless expressly authorised.

Comedy is for everyone — but management reserves the right to remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, under the influence, or who interferes with the performance or other audience members. No refund will be issued in those cases.

All content on this site — including text, photography, video, logos and merchandise designs — is owned by Don Andre or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without written consent.

Merchandise is sold subject to availability. Sizing, colours and stock may vary. Refunds and exchanges follow our Return Policy.

We do our best to keep this site accurate and shows running smoothly, but we provide both on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by Ugandan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or attendance at a show.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
