Refund & Return Policy
This page is maintained by Don Andre to explain how refunds and returns work for tickets and merchandise.
Tickets — General Rule
Tickets to live shows are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless one of the conditions below applies. This is the standard practice of our ticketing partner Kaye Tickets and most Ugandan venues.
If A Show Is Cancelled
- You are entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket.
- Booking fees charged by the ticketing partner may or may not be refundable — please check their terms.
- Refunds are processed by the original ticket vendor, using your original payment method, typically within 14–30 days.
If A Show Is Rescheduled Or Moved
- Your original ticket will normally be valid for the new date or venue.
- If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced.
If You Can No Longer Attend
We cannot refund tickets simply because you can no longer attend. You may transfer your ticket to someone else where the ticketing partner allows it. Please do not buy from unauthorised resellers — we cannot guarantee entry on those tickets.
Merchandise
- Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind: returns accepted within 7 days, unworn, in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's cost.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How To Request A Refund
Email info@donandrecomedy.com with your order number, the show or item, and a short description. For tickets purchased through Kaye Tickets, please also contact them directly so they can process the refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Ugandan consumer protection law.
